The Employee & HR Management Dashboard serves as a valuable tool for online employee time tracking. It empowers employers to effortlessly record clock-in and clock-out times through their system. This plugin efficiently monitors the attendance of all registered employees using a clock-in/out system. With its capabilities, you can effectively manage departments, employee attendance, salary records, real-time working hours, task assignments, monthly report generation, multi-timezone login access, leave management, and notices. This software is custom built for Sunrise Remodelers by Eric Masters.

Brief Description Of Current Features

Our comprehensive system streamlines business operations with worker clock-ins, monthly/hourly salary status, leave and attendance management. Easily manage shifts, access monthly worker reports, and track attendance. We can even include business holidays on the dashboard. Clock In Pro features include timezone settings, IP restrictions, shift, holiday, leave, event, and notice management.

Employee & HR Management

The Employee & HR Management Option on the Admin Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview. It displays today’s status, including the list of employees with their names, today’s date, office in/out times, lunch in/out times, punctuality, IP address, location, status, and actions for each employee.

To access this information, simply navigate to the Admin Dashboard, then go to “Dashboard -> Employee & HR Management -> Employee & HR Management option.

Sunrise Remodelers Employee & HR Management

Reports

To access employee reports, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on “Employee & HR Management.”
  3. Select the “Reports” option.

In the Reports section, you can generate reports for specific employees by filtering the records based on their names and choosing the timeframe (month or days). Additionally, you have the option to filter records by month, including options for the previous month, current month, previous 3 months, previous 6 months, previous 9 months, or previous 1 year.

Staff Management

To manage staff members and access staff-related features, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on “Employee & HR Management.”
  3. Choose the “Staff” option.

In the Staff Management section, you can:

  • View a list of staff members.
  • Access detailed information about each staff member.
  • Update their details as needed.
  • Delete staff members if required.

Additionally, you can add new staff members by selecting a user, then providing the following information: Username, First Name, Last Name, Email, Shift, Designation, Salary, Leaves, and Status.

Shift Management

To manage shifts and access shift-related features, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on “Employee & HR Management.”
  3. Choose the “Shift Management” option.

In the Shift Management panel, you can:

  • View a list of shifts, including their names, start times, end times, late times, and the total staff assigned to each shift.
  • Edit shift details if needed.
  • Delete shifts that are no longer required.
  • Add a new shift by providing the necessary information such as shift name, start time, end time, late time, and the total staff expected in the shift.

Designation Management

To manage designations and access designation-related features, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on “Employee & HR Management.”
  3. Select the “Designation Management” option.

In the Designation Management panel, you can:

  • View a list of designations.
  • Edit designation details if necessary.
  • Delete designations that are no longer needed.
  • Add a new designation by providing the required information for the new role or position within Sunrise Remodeler.

Holidays Management

To manage holidays and access holiday-related features, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on “Employee & HR Management.”
  3. Select the “Holidays Management” panel.

In the Holidays Management panel, you can:

  • View a list of upcoming holidays, including the holiday name, date, number of days, and status.
  • Edit holiday details if needed, such as updating the date or name.
  • Delete holidays from the list if they are no longer relevant.
  • Add a new holiday by providing the necessary information, including the holiday name, date, number of days, and status to keep track of upcoming holidays in Sunrise Remodeler organization.

Leave Request Management

To manage leave requests and access leave-related features, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on “Employee & HR Management.”
  3. Select the “Leave Request” panel.

In the Leave Request panel, you can:

  • View a list of leave requests made by employees, including their names, titles, descriptions, leave dates, the number of days requested, and the status of each request.
  • Filter leave requests based on different criteria, such as months or the status of the leave request (pending, approved, canceled).
  • Filter leave requests by specific timeframes, including options for the previous 1 year, previous 9 months, previous 6 months, previous 3 months, previous month, current month, next 3 months, next 6 months, next 9 months, or next 1 year.

This allows you to effectively manage and track leave requests within Sunrise Remodelers organization.

Event Management

To manage events and access event-related features, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on “Employee & HR Management.”
  3. Select the “Event Management” panel.

In the Event Management panel, you can:

  • View a list of upcoming Official Events in your company, including details like Event Name, Date, Type, Description, and Status.
  • Add a new event to the list by providing the necessary information.
  • Import or export events using CSV files for efficient event management and data transfer.

This functionality allows you to keep track of and organize official Sunrise Remodelers company events effectively.

Notice Management

To manage notices and access notice-related features, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on “Employee & HR Management.”
  3. Select the “Notice Management” panel.

In the Notice Management panel, you can:

  • View a list of notices, which includes details like Notice Name, Date, Description, and Status.
  • Add a new notice to the list by providing the necessary information, including the notice name, date, description, and status.

This feature allows you to effectively manage and communicate notices within Sunrise Remodelers.

Payroll

To access the Payroll panel and manage payroll-related information, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the appropriate dashboard or menu.
  2. Select the “Payroll” panel or option.

In the Payroll panel, you can:

  • View a list of Salary Pay Rolls, including details such as Staff Name, Month, Working Days, Total Present Days, Total Absent Days, and more.
  • Add a new payroll record by providing the necessary information for the specific staff member, including their name, the month for which the payroll is calculated, working days, total present days, total absent days, and any additional relevant details.

This functionality allows you to efficiently manage salary-related information for your staff members.

Settings

To access the General Settings within the Employee & HR Management plugin, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on “Employee & HR Management.”
  3. Select the “Settings” option.

Within the “Settings” section, you can find the “General Settings” where you can configure various general settings related to the plugin, staff settings, and message and text settings. These settings allow you to customize and tailor the plugin to your specific needs and preferences.
